"I was referred to Drs. Delgado & Kuzmik, PC by my primary care dentist for the purpose of checking a questionable patch of tissue for which photos and x-rays could not provide definitive answers. I was able to get the appointment within a day of calling, was offered an appointment at the office that was closer to my home, and was also able to fill out the myriad patient intake forms online to reduce wait time on the day of the appointment. The front office staff was simply wonderful and efficient. Wait time in the office was less than five minutes after arrival. After taking a look-see at the area in question, Dr. Delgado recommended taking a biopsy of the tissue for laboratory review, though he did not seem concerned that it was anything serious. When I said that I would make an appointment for the biopsy, he indicated that it could be done right then and there! (No time to get worked up and nervous about anything.) They checked my insurance on the spot and determined that I would be covered and presented me with the release forms to sign. Dr. Delgado performed the biopsy on the spot and was very kind and gentle during the process. His surgical assistant, Jennifer, was very caring and efficient as well, putting me totally at ease. The procedure was done in very short order, and Jennifer presented me with the best set of post-procedure instructions I have ever received. No after effects at all! Best of all? My appointment started at 2:00, and I was in the car on the way home at 2:40. All in all, this was a great experience, and I would recommend this practice without hesitation. Thank you!"
